Refunds and Replacements Eligibility

2. The item must be broken or not working as intended due to factors beyond your control.
Please note, if an item is damaged due to mishandling after delivery, it may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Faulty Item Documentation

1. Record a video and take photographs of the faulty item, clearly showing the issue.
2. Note the quantity of the faulty items.
3. Contact us and submit the documentation (videos, photographs, and quantity) so that we can address the issue with our supplier.
4. You may choose to refund or replace the items.
Refunds and Replacements Process

To help us understand the issue, please provide a description of the problem along with supporting photographic or video evidence.
If you prefer a refund, we will process a full refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. If you choose a replacement, we will arrange for a new item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Exceptions
This Policy does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents after the item has been delivered.
