Yes. Sourcy is a wholesale platform that aspires to make sourcing convenient, affordable, and accessible for businesses.

We source a large diversity of categories such as fashion, accessories, home decor, baby clothes, and pet supplies.  For bigger and bulkier items such as refrigerators, televisions, big furniture (e.g., beds, big tables, couches, etc.)

At Sourcy, we understand the importance of timely delivery for your sourcing needs. The delivery timeline is subject to the location and any additional days required for production lead time. Here are some estimated delivery timelines for different shipping methods to the Philippines:

  1. Air freight: Typically, it takes less than 5-8 days for door-to-door delivery.
  2. LCL DDP (Less than Container Load): Delivery is usually completed within 20 days from door to door.
  3. FCL CIF (Full Container Load): For international sea freight, the estimated delivery time is around 15 days from port to port.

While we strive to ensure smooth and timely deliveries, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise. In such cases, our friendly customer service team will promptly reach out to inform you and provide any necessary support.

We are a global company headquartered in Singapore, with multiple subsidiaries around the world. We have a representative in every country we operate in, including Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan and Malaysia.

Sourcy was established in 2021.

Our suppliers are mainly from China.  And we are expanding towards the Asia region. If you have a specific country that you'd like us to look into, contact us at info@sourcyglobal.com.

We help our customers source and sell unbranded products or OEM goods based on our customer requirements. We also offer other services such as private labelling. 

We source a large diversity of categories such as fashion, accessories, home decor, baby clothes, and pet supplies.  For bigger and bulkier items such as refrigerators, televisions, big furniture (e.g., beds, big tables, couches, etc.)

Sourcy covers all import costs except when sea freight full container load shipping is used. In this scenario, the customer will have to pay the customs fees as it will be delivered to the port of destination. Otherwise, if you have been charged any tariffs or import taxes due to your order, please contact us at info@sourcyglobal.com and we will assist you from there.

Sourcy provides free shipping. The only time when customers will have to pay customs fees is for sea freight full container loads as they will be delivered to the port of destination. 

As for sourcing products, our
Find New Products service is completely free. Just upload a picture and we will let you know when your product is ready to order. Please note that only individuals who have signed up for our free account here are eligible for the sourcing service. Sourcy also reserves the right to reject any sourcing request. 

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. However, due to the nature of our business, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations once an order has been placed. This is because we pay our suppliers in advance and often custom make items or create them in bulk, which cannot be returned or resold easily.

Please note that if you attempt to cancel your order, you will still be responsible for paying for the items in your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we must enforce this policy to ensure the sustainability of our business.

To provide the most reliable and responsive shipping services to our customers, we partner with top-notch international shipping & delivery companies such as FedEx and DHL to execute our highly responsive, on-time fulfilment.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must meet the following criteria:

1. The item must have been damaged in transit.

2. The item must be broken or not working as intended due to factors beyond your control.

Please note, if an item is damaged due to mishandling after delivery, it may not be eligible for a return or refund.

In the event that you receive a damaged or broken item, please notify us within seven business days of receiving the item. Include a detailed description of the issue and any supporting photographic evidence.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt and status of the return. If your return is approved, we will process a full refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Replacements

Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange for a replacement of the damaged or broken item at no additional cost. Please indicate this preference when you contact us about the return.

We support purchases in USD. For any currency request, please contact us here and we can look into it. 

We offer a range of payment methods including Credit Card, Bank transfer, and other options. We have partnered with trusted platforms such as Airwalex, Xendit, and Wise to facilitate secure and efficient payments.

Please note that we do not accept cash or cheques as payment options, as we prioritize electronic payment methods for enhanced convenience and security

After you place an order, we strive to deliver it within these timeframes:

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email from us with tracking details. You may also track your parcel status on our account page. If you require more assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at info@sourcyglobal.com at any time.

You will receive an email between 1-2 weeks with your sourced products. Please do note this timing might change based on the number of requests we have received.
