Sourcy covers all import costs except when sea freight full container load shipping is used. In this scenario, the customer will have to pay the customs fees as it will be delivered to the port of destination. Otherwise, if you have been charged any tariffs or import taxes due to your order, please contact us at info@sourcyglobal.com and we will assist you from there.
Sourcy provides free shipping. The only time when customers will have to pay customs fees is for sea freight full container loads as they will be delivered to the port of destination.
As for sourcing products, our Find New Products service is completely free. Just upload a picture and we will let you know when your product is ready to order. Please note that only individuals who have signed up for our free account here are eligible for the sourcing service. Sourcy also reserves the right to reject any sourcing request.
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. However, due to the nature of our business, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations once an order has been placed. This is because we pay our suppliers in advance and often custom make items or create them in bulk, which cannot be returned or resold easily.
Please note that if you attempt to cancel your order, you will still be responsible for paying for the items in your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we must enforce this policy to ensure the sustainability of our business.
To provide the most reliable and responsive shipping services to our customers, we partner with top-notch international shipping & delivery companies such as FedEx and DHL to execute our highly responsive, on-time fulfilment.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must meet the following criteria:
1. The item must have been damaged in transit.
2. The item must be broken or not working as intended due to factors beyond your control.
Please note, if an item is damaged due to mishandling after delivery, it may not be eligible for a return or refund.
In the event that you receive a damaged or broken item, please notify us within seven business days of receiving the item. Include a detailed description of the issue and any supporting photographic evidence.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt and status of the return. If your return is approved, we will process a full refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Replacements
Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange for a replacement of the damaged or broken item at no additional cost. Please indicate this preference when you contact us about the return.

It is our free service that customers can access after signing up for a free account with Sourcy. Customers can source items via request depending on their needs and budget. We normally ask for these details (including the photo) on our form.
Please note that the sourcing request is subjected to approval by our team and we reserve the discretionary rights to decline any sourcing request.
How it works:
1. Simply answer some questions on what you are looking for by filling up our form. The form will only take you a few minutes!
2. You will then receive updates on the items and your price quote in 1-2 weeks.
You may upload a maximum of 10 items into our Find New Products form at any given time.
Customers will only be allowed to submit ONE sourcing request (limit of 10 items) once a week.
If you have already purchased from our store after sourcing , you may request another 10 items again.

Yes! We can source products outside of our current categories. We do have a restriction on banned categories which will be listed below. To source heavy items (e.g., furniture, couches) or for any clarifications, please contact us here and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
The list of banned categories are as follows:
- Counterfeit products
- Firearms / firearm ammunition
- Weapons (e.g., knives, explosives, etc.)
- Products containing alcohol
- Products containing drugs - prescription/legal/illegal
- Cigarettes, cigars, tobacco, flammable, etc.
- Dietary supplements
- Animals
- Animal products (e.g. fur) with the exception of leather
- Pornography/offensive materials
- Digital goods
- Currency, coins, etc.
