As the customer, you will be responsible for the logistics costs, which are calculated based on the destination, dimensions, weight, and chosen shipping method. Rest assured, our detailed quotation will include a transparent breakdown of the shipping costs, leveraging our established network of forwarders to ensure you receive the best possible service and value.

You don’t have to pay any import taxes in addition to the price of the products. We cover them!

For customers living in Indonesia or the Philippines, your local currency will be used for shopping and paying. As for the other countries, only USD is enabled for now (we’re working on it!).

We strive to deliver the orders within 14 - 21 working days for air freight & 30 - 45 days for sea freight. Sea freight shipping only applies for selected large items, the rest will be delivered via air freight.

However, due to COVID-19, air and sea travel may be delayed, which might affect our ability to deliver products as quickly and efficiently as we do during normal times. International deliveries may take longer than usual and certain delivery destinations might see further restrictions.You can find the most up-to-date delivery estimates at your order notifications or by tracking your parcel in your Sourcy account.
