You don’t have to pay any import taxes in addition to the price of the products. We cover them!

We strive to deliver the orders within 14 - 21 working days for air freight & 30 - 45 days for sea freight. Sea freight shipping only applies for selected large items, the rest will be delivered via air freight.

However, due to COVID-19, air and sea travel may be delayed, which might affect our ability to deliver products as quickly and efficiently as we do during normal times. International deliveries may take longer than usual and certain delivery destinations might see further restrictions.You can find the most up-to-date delivery estimates at your order notifications or by tracking your parcel in your Sourcy account.

We work hard to uphold the high product quality. However, if the products you receive are different from the photos on our website or has any quality issues, you can return them to our local representative and get 100% of your cash back.
